I’m not in Florida or California, so why does the shopping cart charge me tax?

The Cart page automatically shows tax. But when you continue to Checkout and enter your zip code, it will then remove the tax after it knows where you are. We do however charge sales tax in Florida (our home base) or California.

I’m trying to check out but it doesn’t seem to go through. What should I try?

Nine times out of ten when a credit card transaction doesn’t work it’s because the billing address is not correct.  Since everyone gets emailed statements, many are not exactly sure where their bank thinks a paper statement would be sent.  Double check this. Many businesses have a physical address but then a PO Box for mailing official documents and statements.  If you can’t make it process, just call us and we can help bypass that fraud protection check and push it through.  This and any other Gateway Decline we can help with.  772-247-4653 (GOLF) and ask for Julie.   It may or may not say whether it’s Gateway or Processor, as described below.

I’m trying to check out but it keeps giving me an error: Processor Declined. But I know my card info is correct. How do I check out?

There is nothing wrong with your card, you have entered the number and expiration correctly.  This is a response from our card processor saying that they sent the transaction to your bank, but the issuing bank for your card declined it.  This could be because the amount is outside a red flag setting, or you don’t make frequent online purchases, etc.  You will need to call the number on the back of the card and tell them to approve this transaction. Most likely you will need to speak to the fraud department as they are usually who has set the restriction.  Once they do, you can hit Place Order again and it will go through.  Try to do this before the order times out or you’ll have to enter it again. The cart will last longer than your card info.  That expires and disappears from the page after a few moments, for your protection.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Any order received before noon EST is usually shipped that day.  Orders placed after noon go out the next day.  The shipping time will depend on where you are and which of our warehouses sent your order. Which will depend on the product. As orders are shipped the tracking information is added to your order and you should get an email with a link to track your package including estimated delivery.  Our Free Shipping offer is sent via UPS or Fed Ex or USPS depending on the product, whichever is most cost effective for us, not the fastest. If you need your item sooner, we also offer other Fed Ex expedited shipping methods at additional cost, so it’s available for emergencies.  If it’s not showing you a method with a time frame you want, give us a call and we can work it out.  We regret we cannot send orders via Free Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.

Do you make a LiFePo4 charger that will charge / discharge and balance a 48v 20ah 60A LiFePo4 battery? My battery has a 3 pin female XLR connector.

I would suggest using a Delta Q Battery Charger or an Optimate Battery Charger which we offer both… Depending on the usage and how fast you will need to recharge the battery will be a consideration and determine which charger is best suited for your application. The brand of Lithium battery is also important because Delta Q chargers are programmed specifically for the batteries they are intended to charge and Delta Q technologies has a long list of pre-determined algorithms in place for specific batteries. In the case of lithium batteries a lot of them have not been around long enough for Delta Q to develop one for them.  Feel free to reach out to us should you have any further questions.

I am interested in the item: 48 Volt Golf Cart Battery Charger Delta Q QuiQ 48v 18 Amp Battery Charger.  I am looking for a lithium charger.  Can this charger be programmed with an algorithm to match?

The Delta Q Battery Charger has the capabilities to charge Lithium Battery Chemistry.  But we will need to know the specifics of the battery to reach out to Delta Q to see if they have a pre-determined or previously created algorithm for that specific battery or if they can recommend another algorithm that will charge the batteries effectively without issue.  We will need to know the Brand/Manufacturer of battery,  Ah rating at the 20hr rate., and the individual voltage (how many batteries  you have tied together to create the battery pack for the combined voltage of 48). Many people are turning to Lithium to get more power for less weight, so this comes up more and more.

I received the charger today but it doesn’t power up. No lights, no power (power source is ok). Any advice on what to do with it?

Does the cart run and drive now? Or are the batteries completely dead? These new style chargers need to be able to sense voltage before they start to apply amperage. Usually in this case it is because the charger does need sense voltage once plugged into the golf cart. Other scenarios apply depending on the golf cart. For instance if a late model Club Car they use an OBC to tell the charger when to turn on and off, so if not working or if it has been bypassed or if you purchase the wrong 3 pin charger same results. Charger doesn’t want to turn on… This is why it is always best to give us a call and let on of our Team members help ensure you get the right golf cart charger.
