The matching cushion assemblies feature a warm brown base, bold black piping, and detailed brown cross stitching. The diamond-pattern upholstery creates a premium custom appearance while giving the front and rear seating areas a consistent, finished look.
Choose the cushion bundle by itself when your cart already has a compatible SGC Nomad rear seat frame, or select one of the complete packages to add a full Nomad rear flip seat system.

Choose this option when your Club Car already has a compatible SGC Nomad rear flip seat frame.
This package includes:

The front cushions replace the cart’s original seating surfaces. The rear cushions are designed specifically for the SGC Nomad rear seat platform and are not guaranteed to fit rear seat frames from other manufacturers.
Complete Nomad Kit – Retain OEM Roof Supports & Sweater Basket
Choose this package when your cart still has its original rear roof supports and you want to retain the factory sweater basket.
This option includes:
- SCPR33 Kozip Aeris front cushion assembly
- SC0032 Kozip Aeris rear cushion set
- SFPR09 SGC Nomad rear flip seat frame
The SFPR09 configuration mounts while retaining the cart’s OEM rear roof supports and sweater basket.
Complete Nomad Kit – Replacement Roof Supports Included
Choose this package when the cart is missing its original rear roof supports or when you prefer the replacement-support configuration.
This option includes:
- SCPR33 Kozip Aeris front cushion assembly
- SC0032 Kozip Aeris rear cushion set
- SFPR10 SGC Nomad rear flip seat frame
- Replacement rear roof supports
The SFPR10 package replaces the OEM rear roof supports. The factory sweater basket cannot be retained with this configuration.

Important Frame Selection Note
The two complete packages use different roof-support configurations.
Choose SFPR09 when:
- The OEM rear roof supports are still installed
- You want to retain the factory sweater basket
- Replacement roof supports are not needed
Choose SFPR10 when:
- The cart is missing its OEM rear roof supports
- Replacement roof supports are needed
- You understand that the factory sweater basket will be removed

Important Rear Cushion Fitment Note
The SC0032 rear cushions are designed specifically for the SGC Nomad rear flip seat platform.
Compatibility with Steeleng non-Nomad frames, MadJax, GTW, DoubleTake, MODZ, or other aftermarket rear seat platforms is not guaranteed.
Customers who do not already have a compatible SGC Nomad frame should select one of the complete Nomad packages.
Installation Notes
- Front cushions replace the original Club Car front cushions
- Existing front seat structure and mounting points are reused
- Applicable factory hinges and mounting hardware must be transferred
- Complete packages include the selected SGC Nomad rear seat frame
- SFPR09 reuses the OEM rear roof supports
- SFPR10 includes replacement rear roof supports
- No welding is required
- Rear-seat mounting hardware and instructions are included
- Verify all fasteners before carrying passengers
- Periodically inspect mounting hardware during regular use
- Professional installation is recommended when the installer is unfamiliar with rear flip seat kits
Adding rear passengers or cargo increases the load placed on the cart’s rear suspension. Heavy-duty rear leaf springs may be beneficial when the cart regularly carries additional weight.
