Choose the cushion bundle by itself when your cart already has a compatible SGC Nomad rear flip seat, or select the complete package to add the cushions and a full Nomad passenger-and-cargo system.

Front & Rear Kozip Cushions Only – Existing SGC Nomad Frame Required
Select this package when your Club Car DS already has a compatible SGC Nomad rear flip seat frame.
This option includes:
- SCDS10 Kozip Aeris front cushion assembly
- SC0034 Kozip Aeris rear cushion set
The front assembly replaces the cart’s original front cushions. The rear cushions are designed specifically for the SGC Nomad rear seat platform and are not guaranteed to fit rear seat frames from other manufacturers.
The SCDS10 front cushions fit 1982-Up Club Car DS models. The SC0034 rear cushion set coordinates with compatible Club Car DS Nomad applications using either the older SFDS08 or newer SFDS09 frame configuration.
Complete Nomad Rear Seat Package – Frame, Front & Rear Cushions
Choose the complete package for a compatible 2000.5-2013 Club Car DS that does not already have a rear flip seat.
This option adds the SFDS09 SGC Nomad rear flip seat frame, including the appropriate new-style Club Car DS roof supports and backplate. The rear seat provides additional passenger seating and flips open to create a durable black polymer cargo platform.

Important Model-Year Note
The cushion bundle and complete rear seat frame have different fitment ranges:
- SCDS10 front cushions: 1982-Up Club Car DS
- SC0034 rear cushions: Compatible SGC Nomad rear seat frames
- SFDS09 complete frame: 2000.5-2013 Club Car DS
Owners of a 1982-2000.5 Club Car DS may use the cushion bundle with a compatible older-style SFDS08 Nomad frame, but should not select the SFDS09 complete package.
Important Rear Cushion Fitment Note
The SC0034 rear cushions are designed specifically for the SGC Nomad rear flip seat platform.
Compatibility with Steeleng non-Nomad frames, MadJax, GTW, DoubleTake, MODZ, or other aftermarket rear seat platforms is not guaranteed.
Customers who do not already have a compatible SGC Nomad frame should select the complete package when their cart falls within the SFDS09 fitment range.
Installation Notes
- Front cushions replace the original Club Car DS cushions
- Existing front seat structure and mounting points are reused
- Applicable factory hinges and front-seat hardware must be transferred

Adding passengers or cargo increases the load placed on the cart’s rear suspension. Compatible heavy-duty rear leaf springs may be beneficial when the cart regularly carries additional weight.
