These are complete rear cushion assemblies—not loose slip-on covers. The set includes the rear-facing seat-bottom cushion and backrest required for a compatible SGC Nomad flip-seat frame. The upholstery is designed for comfort, durability, UV protection, and easy routine cleaning.

Customers who already have an SGC Nomad rear seat can purchase the cushions separately. Customers converting a two-passenger RXV into a four-passenger configuration can select the complete package with the SFRX09 Nomad frame.

SC0031 is SGC’s universal black Kozip replacement cushion set for compatible Nomad rear seats used on Club Car, EZGO, and Yamaha applications. Compatibility with rear-seat frames made by other manufacturers is not confirmed.

SGC’s own frame listing identifies SFRX09 simply as fitting the EZGO RXV, while retailers commonly identify the application as 2008-Up. Verify fitment before ordering when the cart has an unusual fleet body, extended chassis, or modified rear body structure.

Passenger Seating and Cargo Use

With the cushions upright, the Nomad seat provides rear-facing seating for two additional passengers. The seat deck flips open to create a polymer cargo platform for coolers, tools, supplies, and other equipment.

SGC lists the polymer cargo bed at approximately 29½” deep × 38″ wide with a cargo rating of up to 400 pounds. Cargo must be secured before driving, and the golf cart manufacturer’s total passenger and vehicle weight limits still apply.

Installation Notes

Cushions-Only Option

• Existing SGC Nomad rear-seat frame must already be installed
• Remove the existing rear bottom cushion and backrest
• Install the Kozip cushions using the compatible Nomad mounting locations
• Retain all existing mounting hardware until installation is complete
• Confirm frame compatibility before removing the original cushions

Complete Rear Seat Kit

• Rear body and accessory components may need to be temporarily removed for access
• SFRX09 frame installs using the supplied RXV-specific brackets and hardware
• Cargo bed, footrest, backrest, and bottom cushion are installed after the main frame is secured
• Grab bar and trailer hitch are included
• SGC describes the standard Nomad installation as a bolt-on design with no cutting or drilling normally required
• Verify all mounting hardware before carrying passengers or cargo

Tech Tip: An RXV regularly carrying rear passengers, coolers, or cargo may benefit from heavy-duty rear leaf springs, especially if the original springs are worn or beginning to sag. SGC recommends LSRX01 as a related upgrade for its RXV Nomad rear seat kits.
