6″ Double A-Arm Lift Kit for Club Car DS
Give your older Club Car DS the clearance and stance needed for larger tires with the SGC LKDS02 6″ Heavy-Duty Double A-Arm Lift Kit. Designed for 1982-2003 gas and electric DS golf carts with steel front hub covers, this complete kit replaces the factory front axle with a durable double A-arm suspension assembly.
The bolt-on design includes the components needed to lift both the front and rear of the cart. When paired with properly offset wheels, the kit accommodates tires up to 23″ tall.

Important fitment note: Verify the front hub-cover style before ordering. This LKDS02 kit fits carts with steel hub covers. Club Car DS models with plastic hub covers require the SGC LKDS01 lift kit.
Heavy-Duty Double A-Arm Design
The factory front axle is replaced with a heavy-duty double A-arm assembly engineered to provide approximately 6″ of lift. A durable black powder-coated finish helps protect the components from corrosion and everyday wear.
Wheel and Tire Fitment
This lift kit accommodates tires up to 23″ tall when used with offset wheels. Actual clearance may vary depending on wheel width, tire profile, and offset.
Bolt-On Installation
The LKDS02 is designed as a bolt-on lift kit that does not normally require cutting, welding, or additional lift components. Step-by-step installation instructions and Class 8.8 high-strength mounting hardware are included.
Because the installation changes the cart’s suspension geometry, checking the front-end alignment and rechecking all mounting hardware after installation is recommended.
