Description
Premium MOAB Protection for Your 1994-2013 EZGO TXT
Upgrade your cart with the SGC MOAB Vented Tinted Folding Windshield for 1994-2013 EZGO TXT models.
This premium windshield combines a tinted finish, folding versatility, heavy-duty 4mm construction, and integrated left and right vents. It is an excellent choice for drivers who want protection from wind and debris without giving up airflow during warmer weather.
Left and Right Airflow Vents
The MOAB windshield includes vents on both the left and right sides of the lower section.
These vents allow additional air to enter the passenger area while the windshield remains raised, giving you another way to manage airflow without folding down the entire upper section.
This makes WSTX09 especially appealing for carts used throughout changing temperatures and weather conditions.
Folding Windshield Design
The folding design lets you adjust the windshield to suit current conditions.
Keep it raised when you want more protection from wind, airborne debris, and changing weather. Fold the upper section down when you prefer a more open-air driving experience.
Always stop the cart before raising or lowering the windshield, and secure it correctly before driving.
Tinted Appearance
The tinted finish gives your EZGO TXT a clean, upgraded appearance while helping reduce glare during daytime driving.
Tinted windshields can improve comfort in bright conditions, but they are not intended to replace proper lighting or a clear DOT-approved windshield where local regulations require one.
EZGO TXT Compatibility
Fits
- EZGO TXT
- Model years 1994 through 2013

Confirm Your TXT Body Generation Before Ordering
The 2013-to-2014 model transition is an important fitment boundary for EZGO TXT windshields.
WSTX09 is designed for the 1994-2013 TXT body. If your cart is near the transition year, confirm the model year and body style before ordering instead of relying solely on the year it was purchased.
Checking the manufacturer serial-number information and comparing the body and windshield-support layout can help prevent ordering the wrong windshield.
Which 1994-2013 EZGO TXT Windshield Should You Choose?
Peteโs Golf Carts offers multiple SGC windshield configurations for this TXT generation:
- WSTX01: Standard tinted folding windshield for everyday protection and value
- WSTX09: MOAB vented tinted folding windshield for upgraded airflow, thickness, and style
- WSTX11: MOAB DOT-approved clear folding windshield for applications requiring a manufacturer-designated DOT option
Choose WSTX09 (this listing) when you want a premium tinted windshield with built-in airflow vents.
Choose WSTX11 instead when AS4 DOT-approval and a clear windshield are priorities.
Street-Legal and DOT Considerations
WSTX09 is a tinted recreational windshield and is not “DOT approved.”
If your community or local road regulations require a DOT-approved (AS4) windshield, consider the clear WSTX11 MOAB windshield for 1994-2013 EZGO TXT models.
A windshield alone does not make a golf cart street legal. Depending on your location and intended use, additional requirements may include:
- Headlights and taillights
- Brake lights
- Turn signals
- Horn
- Rearview and side mirrors
- Seat belts
- Reflectors
- License-plate bracket or light
- DOT-rated tires
- Registration, inspection, or insurance
Always review the regulations for the exact city, county, state, community, or property where the cart will be operated.
For compatible 1996-2013 TXT models, Peteโs Golf Carts also offers SGC basic and street-legal-style LED light-kit options. Please note that those light kits begin with the 1996 model year, while this windshield fits TXT models beginning in 1994.

No. This windshield is designed specifically for the 1994-2013 EZGO TXT. RXV models require an RXV-specific windshield.
