EZGO TXT Electric 6″ Heavy-Duty Coil-Over A-Arm Lift Kit
Transform your electric EZGO TXT with a heavy-duty front suspension upgrade, approximately six inches of lift, and clearance for larger tires using the SGC LKTX12 Coil-Over A-Arm Lift Kit. Designed for 1994–2001.5 electric EZGO TXT golf carts, this complete suspension system replaces the factory front suspension configuration with an A-arm design featuring built-in coil-over shocks.
The LKTX12 is designed for more involved custom builds where a basic block or drop-axle lift is not the preferred suspension setup.

Heavy-Duty A-Arm Suspension Design
The LKTX12 converts the front of the golf cart to a heavy-duty A-arm suspension configuration with integrated coil-over shocks. The A-arm components establish the lifted front suspension geometry, while the coil-over assemblies combine the spring and shock functions into a compact suspension package.
Rear lift components are included to raise the back of the cart and create a consistent lifted stance from front to rear.
Built-In Coil-Over Shocks
Integrated coil-over shocks support the front of the cart while controlling suspension movement. This configuration makes the LKTX12 a more substantial suspension conversion than a traditional block or drop-axle lift kit.
The suspension components feature a durable black powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and a clean, coordinated appearance.
Clearance for Tires Up to 23 Inches
This 6-inch EZGO TXT lift kit accommodates tires up to 23 inches tall when paired with properly offset wheels.
Actual tire clearance may vary based on wheel width, wheel offset, tire profile, suspension setup, passenger load, and installed accessories. Offset wheels are required when installing larger tires with this lift kit.
Heavy-Duty Rear Leaf Springs Recommended
Steeleng recommends pairing the LKTX12 with heavy-duty rear leaf springs. Upgraded rear springs can be especially important on carts carrying rear seats, cargo beds, additional passengers, or other substantial accessories.
Heavy-duty rear leaf springs are not identified as part of the standard LKTX12 package and may need to be purchased separately. Confirm your cart’s rear suspension needs and the kit contents before installation.
Modification and Installation Requirements
The LKTX12 is not a bolt-and-go lift kit. Modifications will be necessary during installation.
Because this is an advanced steering and suspension conversion, professional installation is strongly recommended. The installer should inspect the frame, steering, suspension, and mounting areas before beginning and determine what application-specific modifications are required.
A complete front-end alignment must be performed after installation. Verify steering operation and tire clearance through the full suspension and steering range, then inspect and retorque all mounting hardware following the initial break-in period.
