The MadJax King Bolt Lift Kit was engineered to improve both the installation process and long-term durability of lifted EZGO RXV golf carts. Instead of relying on traditional heim joints, MadJax utilizes an innovative King Bolt steering design that simplifies the suspension while providing excellent strength and long-term reliability.

Installation is up to 25% faster than comparable heim-joint lift kits thanks to the integrated turnbuckle camber adjustment system. This allows installers to quickly dial in proper alignment without repeatedly removing suspension components, making setup significantly easier while helping maximize tire life and steering performance.

Finished with an armor-coated suspension and Dacromet-coated hardware for corrosion resistance, the King Bolt Lift Kit is built to withstand years of outdoor use while giving your RXV a more aggressive appearance and additional clearance for larger wheel and tire packages.

Recommended Tire Size

This lift kit is designed to accommodate:

• Up to 22″ tall tires
• Recommended tire diameter: 20″-22″
• Minimum 10″ wheel

Note: Tire clearance may vary depending on wheel offset, tire design, rear seat kits, and other accessories installed on the cart.

Installation Notes

Tech Tip: MadJax recommends installing Front Counterweight Kit #16-058 (two kits recommended) to improve steering stability, particularly when using larger tires or carrying additional accessories. Installation videos are available via the included instructions.
