Controller

The cart must have its original-style DC rear motor configuration.

Throttle

- MCOR 4 resistive throttle
SilverWolf specifically states:
- Do not use non-OEM throttles

Transaxle
The cart must have the original Graziano 10-spline transaxle used on the applicable DC Club Car.
Do not order the kit without confirming the axle and motor-input configuration.
Battery Requirements
The TEEKON system may be used with an appropriate lead-acid or lithium battery system.
Lead-Acid Batteries
Lead-acid batteries must be:

Weak or mismatched lead-acid batteries can restrict performance and may create excessive voltage drop under acceleration.
Lithium Batteries

Confirm both ratings from the battery manufacturer. Battery capacity in amp-hours does not, by itself, confirm that a lithium battery can safely support the TEEKON system.
The batteryโs internal battery-management system must also be capable of handling the motor controllerโs operating demands without nuisance shutdowns.
This is a 48-volt motor-conversion system. Do not configure it as a 72-volt conversion.

Two-Gauge Power Cables Are Required
SilverWolf requires 2-gauge power cables between the:

The required 2-gauge cable set is not included with PK-000051 and must be purchased separately.
SilverWolf identifies its application-specific Club Car cable set as PK-000012-CC in the current minimum-requirements document.
Do not assume the cartโs original cables are adequate for the TEEKON system. Undersized, corroded or poorly terminated cables can cause:
