Oversized 5/8″ heim joints provide additional strength, while durable urethane bushings and integrated grease fittings make important suspension points serviceable over time. Recommended Tire Size

This 6″ lift kit is designed to accommodate:

• Up to 23″ tall tires
• Popular 22″ and 23″ lifted golf cart tire packages
• Street, all-terrain, and off-road tread options

Actual clearance depends on wheel offset, tire width, tread design, spring condition, rear seat installation, and the total load carried by the cart.

Installation Notes

• Complete front and rear suspension lift
• Factory front suspension components must be removed
• Front wheels must be properly aligned after installation
• Grease all serviceable suspension fittings during installation
• Recheck suspension hardware and alignment after the initial break-in period
• Inspect rear spring bushings and replace worn components as needed
• Heavy-duty rear leaf springs are recommended for carts carrying rear passengers, cargo boxes, or frequent heavy loads

Proper front-end alignment is essential after installation. Incorrect alignment can negatively affect steering control, handling, and tire wear.

Tech Tip: Complete the build with a 22″ or 23″ wheel and tire package. Carts equipped with a rear seat or used for hauling may also benefit from upgraded rear leaf springs.
