Golf Cart Battery Watering System – 48 volt System
This Golf Cart Battery Watering system is designed to give you the parts you need to make your own battery watering system for your 48 volt golf cart or any application that operates on a 48 volt battery bank. Boats, Golf Cart, RV, Solar System, Yacht. Whether your system is comprised of eight 6 volt batteries, six 8 volt batteries, or even four 12 volt batteries this system will work. This kit will fit ALL batteries EXCEPT Trojan T1275 and Trojan Plus Series! (Look here to find compatible kits for the Trojan T1275 and Plus Series!) This Kit utilizes the VB-TBB battery valve which fits most manufactures or 6 volt and 8 volt golf cart batteries. (Double check here to make sure this is the right kit for your application.) The only thing that is required during installation is a rag and some scissors or razor blade. In some applications the tubing connecting each cell will need to be cut or trimmed to give it a perfect fit. (Our tubing is very durable, resistant to all things related but very easy to cut with a razor, sharp knife, scissors or cutter type pliers. The On-Board Golf Cart Battery Watering System is specifically designed for use with golf carts. Though the Battery Watering system is not limited to just golf carts. Any golf cart style battery ( Traditional Lead Acid Batteries) also found in boats and RVs, Solar systems, electric floor sweepers and floor scrubbers and even pallet jacks. Crown, Deka, Trojan, US Battery to name the big ones… The Pro-Fill on-board battery watering system works by replacing the battery’s existing vent caps with valves that are interconnected with tubing, allowing the user to fill all cells of the battery from a single remote location. Snap on/snap off water connections turn the often ignored task of watering batteries into a quick, simple task taking 30 seconds or less! Each valve independently shuts off water flow to the cell when the proper electrolyte level is reached, allowing the batteries to be filled perfectly every time without having to look at the batteries.
After installing your system you will realize other cost benefits including extended battery life; increased performance. Being able to fill your batteries without removing the cell caps will allow you to avoid things like battery acid burns, ruined clothing, and breathing noxious fumes.
