Upgrade your 36V EZGO TXT from traditional lead-acid batteries to a modern lithium power system with the Bolt Energy 36V 105Ah Heated Professional Lithium Battery Kit.
Although designed for a 36V golf cart electrical system, the battery itself operates at a nominal 38.4 volts and provides 105Ah of capacity with 4.032kWh of stored energy.
The high-output 250A Battery Management System provides the current capability needed for demanding golf cart use, while integrated Bluetooth monitoring and the included Smart SOC meter make it easy to keep track of battery performance and remaining capacity.
Unlike the Standard kit, the Professional package also includes several of the electrical upgrades commonly needed or recommended during a complete lithium conversion, including a 400A solenoid, 30A voltage reducer, and premium 2AWG battery cables.
And for carts stored or charged in colder climates, the integrated heating system allows the battery to warm itself before charging when temperatures drop below the normal LiFePO4 charging range.
Integrated Cold-Weather Heating
Lithium batteries should not be charged when their internal temperature is below the safe charging range. The heated Bolt Energy battery handles this automatically.
When the charger is connected and the battery is too cold for normal charging, the internal heating system activates first.
Once the battery reaches approximately 34ยฐF, the heater shuts off and normal battery charging begins automatically.
The heating system:
- Activates automatically when battery temperature is too low for charging
- Operates only while the charger is connected
- Automatically shuts off when proper charging temperature is reached
- Allows charging in unheated garages, barns, sheds, and similar locations
- Can warm the battery overnight so the cart is ready for use the following day
For carts used year-round or stored in colder climates, the heated version eliminates one of the biggest limitations of a conventional non-heated lithium battery.
