- Club Car DS (Electric model years 1981 – 2003.5) (Gas model years 1996.5 – 2003.5)
- Must have METAL dust covers on front hubs (If your front hubs use a PLASTIC dust cover you will need the lift kit for 2003.5 and Newer DS models)
