Club Car Carryall & Villager 6″ Double A-Arm Lift Kit
Upgrade your Club Car utility or passenger golf cart with the SGC LKPR06 6″ Heavy-Duty Double A-Arm Lift Kit. Designed for select 1996-2011 Club Car Carryall and Villager models equipped with front brake drums, this complete suspension lift replaces the factory front axle and creates room for golf cart tires up to 23″ tall.
The kit provides approximately 6″ of lift and includes the components needed to raise both the front and rear of the cart. Its heavy-duty double A-arm design is built specifically around the four-wheel-brake configuration used on compatible Carryall and Villager models.

Important Front-Brake Requirement
Your cart must have front brake drums for the LKPR06 to fit. The presence of front brake drums identifies the compatible four-wheel-brake configuration.
If your Carryall or Villager has the standard brake configuration without front brake drums, Steeleng directs you to the SGC LKDS02 lift kit instead.
Because Club Car produced several Carryall and Villager configurations, visually confirm that your cart has front brake drums before ordering.
Heavy-Duty Double A-Arm Suspension
The LKPR06 replaces the factory front axle with a heavy-duty double A-arm suspension system. This creates approximately 6″ of additional ride height and the clearance needed for larger golf cart wheel and tire combinations.
Rear lift components are included to raise the back of the cart and complete the front-and-rear suspension lift.
Fits Golf Cart Tires Up to 23″ Tall
This 6″ Club Car lift kit accommodates tires up to 23″ tall when paired with properly offset wheels.
Offset wheels are required. Final clearance depends on the complete wheel-and-tire setup, including:
- Mounted tire height and width
- Wheel width and offset
- Tire tread design
- Suspension condition
- Installed bodies, beds and accessories
Verify the dimensions and offset of your selected golf cart wheel and tire combination before ordering.
Bolt-On Installation
The SGC LKPR06 uses a bolt-on design and includes Class 8.8 high-strength alloy hardware and step-by-step installation instructions.
Some Carryall and Villager applications may require drilling. Inspect your cart and review the installation instructions before beginning the installation.
The front wheels must be properly aligned after installing the lift kit. Check tire clearance throughout the complete steering range and recheck all mounting hardware before operating the cart.
