Description
Black Diamond-Plate Styling for Your EZGO RXV
The floor and toe-board areas are among the largest visible surfaces inside an EZGO RXV. Covering them with black diamond plate creates an immediate custom appearance without introducing the bright finish of polished aluminum.
The black finish coordinates especially well with black seats, wheels, brush guards, running boards, steering components, and other powder-coated accessories.
Unlike a flexible rubber floor covering, FCRX04 is a rigid, formed aluminum component built around the RXV floor layout.
Verified EZGO RXV Fitment
Designed for:
- EZGO RXV golf carts
Steelengโs current product information lists this floor mat for the EZGO RXV but does not specify a model-year range or separate gas and electric applications.
Before ordering, compare your cartโs floor, pedal area, toe-board profile, control openings, and mounting layout with the product photos. This is especially important if the cart has replacement flooring, modified pedals, custom trim, or previous body work.
This floor mat is not listed for EZGO TXT, Freedom, Valor, Marathon, Medalist, or other EZGO platforms.
Black Powder-Coated Aluminum Construction
FCRX04 combines formed aluminum construction with a black powder-coated finish and raised diamond-plate pattern.
Product highlights include:
- Aluminum construction
- Black powder-coated finish
- Raised diamond-plate surface
- Rust-free material
- Formed RXV-specific floor and toe-board contours
- Two elongated pedal-area openings
- Model-specific perimeter tabs and notches
- Mounting hardware included
- One-year Steeleng factory warranty
The raised metal surface may feel different underfoot than a flexible rubber mat. Appropriate footwear should always be worn when operating the cart.

Whatโs Included
- One formed black powder-coated aluminum diamond-plate floor mat
- Mounting hardware
Pedals, pedal pads, brake or accelerator components, switches, floor trim, and other golf cart parts are not included.
Installation Notes
Before beginning installation:
- Park the golf cart on a firm, level surface.
- Turn the key off and engage the parking brake.
- Follow the appropriate battery or power-disconnection procedure for your cart.
- Inspect the existing floor, toe-board area, controls, pedals, and mounting points.
- Dry-fit the complete mat before installing any hardware.
- Confirm that both pedal-area openings and the center toe-board notch align correctly.
- Verify that the accelerator and brake controls can move through their full range without interference.
- Check the matโs outer tabs, notches, bends, and perimeter for proper seating.
- Install the supplied hardware and tighten it evenly.
- Avoid overtightening the hardware against the aluminum.
Do not cut, drill, or alter the mat before confirming the cartโs model and floor configuration. Professional installation is recommended if the floor, controls, or body structure have been modified.
Cleaning and Care
Clean the floor mat with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth or non-abrasive brush. Avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, solvents, or aggressive chemicals that could scratch or discolor the powder-coated surface.
Remove stones, sand, and other abrasive debris regularly. Normal foot traffic may produce scuffs or wear marks over time.
