Give your electric EZGO TXT or Medalist a commanding lifted stance, additional ground clearance, and room for larger tires with the SGC LKTX08 6″ Drop Axle Lift Kit. Designed for the older-generation 1994–2001.5 electric EZGO TXT and Medalist platform, this complete front-and-rear suspension system replaces the original front axle with a purpose-built drop axle to raise the cart approximately six inches.

Fits Early Electric EZGO TXT and Medalist Models
The SGC LKTX08 is designed for:
- 1994–2001.5 electric EZGO TXT and Medalist golf carts
- Older three-bolt steering-column mounting configuration
- Factory-style suspension systems
- Electric models only
This lift kit does not fit gas-powered EZGO models.
Check the Steering-Column Bolt Pattern
Inspect the area where the steering column attaches near the floorboard:
- Three-bolt mounting pattern: Older 1994–2001.5 configuration; use this LKTX08 lift kit
- Four-bolt mounting pattern: Newer 2001.5-and-later configuration; a different lift kit is required
The bolt pattern is the most reliable way to identify the correct suspension generation, particularly on carts manufactured near either end of the stated model-year range.
Six-Inch Drop-Axle Lift Design
The LKTX08 replaces the original front axle with a heavy-duty drop axle, providing approximately six inches of lift while maintaining secure steering and suspension mounting points.
Rear lift components raise the back of the cart to create a balanced lifted stance from front to rear. The complete system provides greater underbody clearance, more room around the wheel openings, and a tougher customized appearance.
Clearance for Tires Up to 23 Inches
This 6-inch EZGO TXT and Medalist lift kit accommodates tires up to 23 inches tall when paired with properly offset wheels.
Actual tire clearance may vary based on wheel width, wheel offset, tire profile, suspension condition, passenger load, and installed accessories. Offset wheels are required when installing larger tires with this lift kit.

The LKTX08 includes the replacement front drop axle, rear suspension lift components, mounting brackets, and hardware required for the conversion.
