12.3″ MadJax Kinect Display Kit for Club Car with Navitas TAC2
Give your Navitas-upgraded Club Car a dashboard to match.
The MadJax Kinect 12.3″ Display Kit brings a large touchscreen interface, compatible vehicle information, wireless connectivity, and audio functionality to Club Car Precedent, Tempo, and Onward carts equipped with a Navitas TAC2 controller.
This is the correct Kinect family for carts using the Navitas TAC2 AC controller, rather than the factory OEM controller.
We currently offer three complete Club Car/Navitas bundles:
- 25-335 โ Eco Battery + Navitas TAC2
- 25-336 โ Bolt Energy + Navitas TAC2
- 25-334 โ Lead Acid / Other Lithium + Navitas TAC2
All three are designed around the same Kinect display platform and Club Car dash installation. The battery-specific communication hardware changes according to the variation selected.
Choose Your Battery Configuration
Eco Battery โ Item #25-335
Choose this variation if your Club Car has:
- Navitas TAC2 controller
- AC motor
- Eco Battery lithium system
- Compatible OEM Club Car dash
This package adds the Eco Battery CAN communication adapter so the Kinect system can communicate with supported battery information.
The Navitas configuration also uses the dedicated Kinect CAN jumper harness for Navitas TAC2 controllers โ Item #25-306 rather than relying on the standard AC speed-sensor-only configuration used with an OEM controller.

Keep your existing Eco Battery state-of-charge meter installed.
Bolt Energy โ Item #25-336
Choose this variation if your cart has:
- Navitas TAC2 controller
- AC motor
- Bolt Energy lithium battery
- Compatible OEM Club Car dash
The bundle includes the necessary Bolt Battery CAN integration along with the Navitas TAC2 CAN connection and Club Car-specific dash hardware.
Lead Acid / Other Lithium โ Item #25-334
Choose this variation if your Club Car uses:
- Traditional lead-acid batteries
- AGM batteries
- A lithium battery brand other than Eco Battery or Bolt Energy
and is equipped with a Navitas TAC2 controller.
That makes this the correct option for many aftermarket lithium conversions that do not use one of Kinect’s supported battery-specific CAN integrations.
Why the Navitas TAC2 Version Is Different
The Kinect system needs to know how to communicate with the cart.
On Club Car carts retaining the factory OEM controller, the standard AC Kinect packages use a speed-sensor harness to obtain supported vehicle information.
A cart upgraded to a Navitas TAC2 controller has a different communication path.
These bundles use the dedicated Navitas TAC2 CAN jumper harness, allowing Kinect to integrate with the Navitas controller rather than treating the cart like a factory-controller AC setup.
That is why it’s important not to order the standard OEM-controller Kinect package simply because your cart has an AC motor.

As with any electronic accessory, avoid deliberate submersion or direct high-pressure washing around electrical connections.
Over-the-Air Updates
Kinect supports Wi-Fi-enabled over-the-air software updates.
When connected to a suitable hotspot or Wi-Fi network, supported software updates can be delivered directly to the display without removing it from the cart.
Club Car-Specific Dash Integration
This is a complete model-specific kit, not simply the universal Kinect screen.
The Club Car configuration uses the MadJax Kinect Club Car adapter โ Item #25-313, which is designed for Precedent, Tempo, and Onward applications.
The result is a cleaner, purpose-built installation using the appropriate dash and electrical connections for the cart.

The MadJax standard Club Car Kinect documentation explicitly states that the system works with OEM dashes and will not work with aftermarket dashboards.
