This Yamaha Drive2 Heavy Duty Golf Cart Rear Shock Absorber is designed specifically for the Drive 2 gas model golf carts with EFI Quietech gas engines that were manufactured from 2015 and up. IT is an impressive shock with capabilities to take your Drive2 to the next level in performance.
Heavy duty shocks are needed for added loads like extra passengers, rear seat kits, towing, and utility boxes and these upgrade shocks are the best option available for the Yamaha Drive2. These shocks are sold individually, but it is strongly recommended that they be replaced in pairs to maximize performance and suspension stability. - WILL NOT FIT: Models with solid axle fixed suspension or electric motors; this listing is only for the Drive2 Gas with EFI 2017 or later with independent rear suspension.
Note that there is no heavy-Duty Shock available for 2017-Up Gas EFI Drive 2 with Independent rear suspension. Make sure your existing shocks look like the photo on this listing before purchasing. If your existing shocks have two eyelets (instead of one) see this listing to help make sure you are searching out the right product.
This product does NOT fit 2017+ Yamaha Drive2 with EFI and Independent Suspension. For that cart, purchase these heavy duty springs instead.
