Order process was easy and kit arrived complete as described. Actually received 2 days early.
I purchased the cargo box kit (BOX-115) so I could mount the utility box I already had on to my 2005 Club Car Precedent. The description said everything was included except the cargo box. This is false if you have a roof. Only after I received the product and installed it did I find out that you must also purchase the 2 rear roof support struts. These are not include with the kit, nor does the description say that anywhere. I have since ordered the struts elsewhere so, buyer beware, this kit does not include all the parts needed to complete the installation as stated if your cart has a roof. Other than that, I am satisfied with the kit and its straightforward instructions.
They look great and fit as they should.
Bought these to level out my 2013 lifted club car. The cart has a heavy duty RHOX 6 inch lift kit. Also 2 leaf rear springs with an additional helper leaf. The 6 inch rear lift blocks were too much and gave the cart too much rake. These leveled it out perfectly.
I purchased six batteries for my gem It’s electric Car sales rep was fantastic. He helped me all the way help me get the shipping. Everything else very very pleased with Pete. I’d recommend them anytime anywhere to anybody and thank you so much for all your help.

Thought the pig tail was with it as shown in the picture and it is not so if you don't have the original wiring harness it's not plug and play
Just what I needed to add room for the family.
I was looking for a hitch I could install on my Racka golf cart from Tractor Supply. I was planning on installing two wood square sticks to the frame under the back platform and then attach this hitch to the wood sticks by drilling some holes and then screwing bolts up through the sticks. After verifying the hitch would fit nicely I did the drilling and attached the hitch. Worked like a charm.
I like how quickly the part arrived and how it was identical to the photo. My wife absolutely loves it.
