GEM Car Upgraded Replacement Electric Motor
This GEM Car Electric Motor is designed for ALL GEM model carts. If you are looking for MORE Horsepower this is the electric golf cart motor you will want! This motor will provide approximately 20% more power than the stock motor. If you need more speed or acceleration and still want reliability this is it. This GEM car motor is vented to withstand higher operating temperatures and perform better. Rated at 4950 RPM whereas the stock GEM motor is only rated at 4000 RPM.
Pete’s GEM Car Electric Motor has 7.5 HP and with controller reprogramming, can obtain speeds of 30MPH+. This motor will replace the 3.5HP, 5hp, and 7hp motors no problem. Easy installation Plug-N-Play! The Motor Spline count is 19 .

Some are battery conditions; tire size, tread type and air pressure; and varying environmental conditions. Standard factory speeds normally run between 25-27 MPH. This information is based on a standard factory gear ratio on the cart.
