This Club Car DS 48 Volt Series High Speed Electric Motor is designed for use on 48 volt golf carts that use series electric. If you are not sure – your golf cart will have the forward/reverse switch-handle by your feet just outside of the battery hold. (Your Cart will not have a Run/Tow Switch) This unit is more efficient than the OEM motor and you will gain more Torque, HP and hence more speed!!!!!!!!! 22 MPH Universal design allows operation with numerous controllers (OEM, AllTrax, GE) This High Speed Golf Cart Motor 48 Volt Club Car DS replaces the following motors – Pt# – ADC 6-223A, D-32, HT-D377

Special Notes : Pete says – This unit will work with numerous different controllers. All OEM system parts will work, but Pete again recommends upgrading the controller, solenoid, forward/reverse switch, and battery cables to accommodate the increased amperage.
