The Kozip Aeris Rear Seat Cushion Set adds modern styling and premium comfort to compatible SGC Nomad rear seat kits. Its black marine-grade vinyl upholstery is accented with bright white piping and detailed black cross-stitching, creating a distinctive appearance that is more customized than a conventional solid-color golf cart seat.

These are complete rear cushion assemblies—not loose slip-on covers. The set includes both the rear seat-bottom cushion and rear backrest cushion required for a compatible Nomad flip seat.

Customers who already have an SGC Nomad rear seat frame can purchase the cushions by themselves. Customers converting a two-passenger Club Car DS into a four-passenger cart can select the complete package with the SFDS09 Nomad rear flip-seat frame.

SC0031 is designed as a universal replacement cushion set for compatible Nomad rear seats used on Club Car, EZGO, and Yamaha models. Compatibility with rear seat frames from other manufacturers is not confirmed.

Passenger Seating and Cargo Use

In its upright position, the Nomad rear seat provides rear-facing seating for two additional passengers. The seat bottom flips open to create a polymer cargo platform for coolers, tools, supplies, and other items.

Always secure cargo before driving and follow the golf cart and seat manufacturer’s passenger and load recommendations.

Installation Notes

Cushions-Only Option

• Existing Nomad frame must already be installed
• Remove the existing rear bottom and backrest cushions
• Install the new cushions using the appropriate Nomad mounting locations
• Retain existing cushion hardware until installation is complete

Complete Rear Seat Kit

• Existing rear accessories and roof supports may need to be removed
• New-style Club Car DS roof supports are supplied
• Frame and footrest install using the included cart-specific components
• Rear cushions mount after the frame assembly is installed
• Grab bar and trailer hitch are included
• Follow the supplied instructions and verify all hardware before operation

SGC’s Club Car DS instructions distinguish between the early and new-style DS roof and seat-back configurations, making proper model-year identification especially important around the 2000.5 transition.

Tech Tip: Club Car DS carts carrying rear passengers may benefit from heavy-duty rear leaf springs, particularly when the original springs are worn or the cart regularly carries additional cargo.
